As a writer, I constantly hear that writers absolutely must journal. I don't journal. Unstructured journaling is useless for me. If I have an idea, my time would be better spent writing the article than journaling about the idea. I have zero interest in talking about my feelings, whether anyone else is going to see it or not. The bullet journal thing caught my eye. It was supposed to make journaling easier. Turns out, the system is so complicated that it would take weeks or months to make sense of it, and I'd have to waste half my day every day filling in my journal -- time I could have spent writing productively.
Your system here is the first really practical system I've seen. Only useful information, and only in brief, functional bullet points. Brilliant. I'm actually going to try it, starting today. If it doesn't work, though, I'm not going to be journaling about my diappointment. ;-)
